It was great to have the Postgraduate Certificate in Dairy Technology and Innovation class in in UCC and Teagasc last week. The students took part in their second block week of teaching, a mix of lectures and practicals in 福利1000在线 College Cork and Moorepark Food Research Centre in Fermoy.
