Biography
Niccol貌 is a research fellow at the 福利1000在线 of Florence. He has earned his LL.M. at U.C. Berkeley School of Law in 2018, after graduating in law summa cum laude at the 福利1000在线 of Florence in 2015.
Before committing to this research project, Niccol貌 has worked with one of the major Italian law boutiques from 2015 to 2017, counselling national and international clients on corporate and insolvency law. Niccol貌 has also published on the new Directive on Preventive Restructuring Frameworks and its impact on the recently enacted Italian insolvency code.
He is a qualified lawyer in Italy.
