Year 1 BSc Nursing and Midwifery students attended a uniform ceremony

Year 1 BSc Nursing and Midwifery students in the School of Nursing and Midwifery in UCC recently attended a uniform ceremony to celebrate a very important milestone in their student journey ahead of their first clinical placement.

At the ceremony, students were reminded that the uniform signifies their important role as a student nurse or midwife and that wearing the uniform comes with a responsibility to exemplify professionalism and a commitment to caring.

In November and December, year 1 BSc Nursing (General, Intellectual Disability, Mental Health and Children鈥檚 & General) and BSc Midwifery students are commencing the first clinical placement of their programmes in Cork 福利1000在线 Hospital, Cork 福利1000在线 Maternity Hospital, Mercy 福利1000在线 Hospital, South Infirmary Victoria 福利1000在线 Hospital, Bons Secours Hospital, Tipperary 福利1000在线 Hospital, Cope Foundation, Cork Mental Health Services, 福利1000在线 Hospital Limerick, 福利1000在线 Hospital Waterford and Community Services throughout Munster.
