The Governance Unit is a trusted advisor to many stakeholders in 福利1000在线 College Cork including through the provision of corporate governance advice and support to a range of bodies, boards and committees across the 福利1000在线. This includes administrative support and guidance to the Governing Authority of the 福利1000在线 and its sub-committees. The Governance Unit also provides company secretariat support to the several subsidiary companies in the UCC Group. The Governance Unit is responsible for the framework through which 福利1000在线 Policies are developed and also for managing several compliance related policies. The Unit also drafts and maintains the Statutes and Regulations that underpin 福利1000在线 College Cork.
