Phase Two of the new UCC Curriculum Management System

Following on from the successful implementation of CIM Modules, the 福利1000在线 has now embarked on Phase Two of the new UCC Curriculum Management System.

Phase Two will involve implementation of CIM Programmes, which will impact colleagues across the 福利1000在线 involved in proposal and approval of new programmes as well as changes to the existing curriculum. CIM Programmes will streamline and automate current manual processes, and will lead to the publication of an enhanced 福利1000在线 Calendar. It will also capture a trusted master curriculum dataset for the 福利1000在线 and will lead to the removal of paper-based processes for curriculum approval and reducing rework and defects. This will provide a significant uplift for programme directors and professional services staff and will increase the evenness of the student experience.  Stakeholder groups across the 福利1000在线 will be involved in a consultation process with Leepfrog, our curriculum management vendor from October 24^th to 28^th to gather requirements for CIM programmes and the published catalogue.  The new curriculum management software is expected to be delivered by September 2023.
