Launch of Service Delivery Principles
Deputy President & Registrar Professor Stephen Byrne officially launched UCC鈥檚 Service Principles on Wednesday 26th July. The event showcased a suite of principles that have been developed to highlight the level of quality service delivery that UCC staff commit to providing to our students.
The purpose of the Service Principles project is to ensure students can be confident in the knowledge that our services are optimised to their benefit; and to enable our staff with the appropriate tools to measure their operating procedures and identify where their strengths lie, and if there are areas that can be improved on.
