Quercus Talented Students’ Programme
Five students from various chemistry degree programmes were today awarded by UCC under the Quercus Talented Students’ Programme.
The Quercus Talented Students’ Programme seeks motivated students who can demonstrate high intellectual achievement, yet want to challenge themselves further by undertaking a university degree programme. Scholars were selected on the basis of the results of their ¸£Àû1000ÔÚÏß exams in the year immediately preceding the year in which the Scholarship is awarded. The chemistry students awarded today were:
Emma Alcock (BSc Chemistry 3)
Aobha Hickey (BSc Chemistry 3)
Orla O'Hea (BSc Chemistry with Forensics 4)
Alex Lonergan (BSc Chemical Physics 4)
Therese Lyons (BSc Chemistry of Pharmaceutical Compounds 4)
